How I work
- Understand the system. Map the people, constraints, data, and dependencies before choosing what to build.
- Make the trade-offs explicit. Use evidence and quantitative thinking to turn ambiguity into decisions a team can act on.
- Stay close to execution. Work through the details with engineering, learn from real use, and treat reliability as part of the product.
Interests
Probability, logic puzzles, forecasting, and constraint systems. Some of those interests have become games and experiments you can try.
